MIPIM 2025

Enterprise Greece is organizing the national pavilion at the international property exhibition MIPIM 2025 – one of the world’s leading property events – taking place in Cannes, 11-14 March. The Greek Pavilion, located at the RIVIERA Hall 7, one of the most prime spots of the Palais, will include entities from the Greek real estate ecosystem and presents an excellent opportunity to showcase investment opportunities in the country’s real estate sector.

MIPIM has been held since 1990 and brings together the most important companies in the real estate market and related industries. In 2024, the exhibition welcomed over 20,000 delegates of the international real estate industry and 2,500 exhibitors from 90 countries. MIPIM continues to attract representatives of the world’s largest institutional investors, such as pension funds, mutual funds, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds, while in 2024, it welcomed investors managing more than €4 trillion in assets under management.
